Napa and Sonoma Valley

The Platinum Concierge Napa Valley Experience is completely tailored to you or your guests. We can customize any of our Napa or Sonoma Valley Tours to fit your guest’s needs. Mountain Reds to Buttery Chardonnays or bold blends, we have the ability to take you or your guests to wineries that produce their favorite varietals. We can also provide a new experience by tasting wines that are completely new. We will help to broaden your wine knowledge.
Our Napa Valley Experience allows you and your guest to have a one on one with the wineries representative. May it be the winemaker, the Owner or the Wine Club Manager each tour is private. This allows the guest to relax and completely enjoy the experience. Imagine having the ability to ask the questions you have always wanted to ask, directly, without interruption.
The tasting can vary from in-depth to informal. The in-depth tasting is done in a private setting on a one on one environment. The opportunity to leisurely explore the varietals is yours. The tasting fees will vary depending on winery, from $25.00 to $45.00 per person. These tasting are either done with cheese pairings or barrel sampling. The informal tasting fees range from $10.00 - $15.00 per person. Either style of the wine tasting can be accomplished.
The wineries we visit are smaller, between a 200 – 10,000 case production levels. This allows the individual wine maker the ability to focus on quality not quantity. Ensuring that the true beauty of each varietal to shine, rather than adjusting the taste so as to be consistent.
We provide an extremely knowledgeable host that will maintain the level of service you or your guest’s desire. Each step of the way they are taken through the day’s experience not having to concentrate on anything but an enjoyable experience. You have a personal assistant, photographer, guide, concierge and driver that is there to create and facilitate the enjoyment of your guests.
The actual wineries that will be visited are subject to adequate advance booking. The greater the lead time the greater the winery availability. This is also true for the dinning locations. Please read on for a detailed example of one of The Platinum Concierge Napa Valley Experiences.
